Patricia and Guillaume both got ready at the groom’s parents house in Andover, MA. Patricia was in one wing of the home, while the groom was in another. There was so much joy and energy buzzing in the home full of anticipation for the day ahead! The bride did a first look with her mom and grandfather, and then a first look with her groom. The home had a beautiful staircase where Guillaume waited at the bottom. Patricia walked down the staircase and tapped him on the shoulder. They were both absolutely beaming and giddy with excitement when they saw each other!
They loved taking photos so we planned plenty of time for photos with their family members and friends throughout the day. This gorgeous, warm sunny day made it so enjoyable to capture these memories.
After take some portrait photos the family hopped in the car for their traditional ceremony at St. Augustine’s Parish, Andover, MA. The stained glass was stunning in the afternoon light! After the ceremony, the guests gathered outside for a group photo. You could see how much everyone enjoyed being together to celebrate the couple.
Patricia and Guillaume chose Tupper Manor in Beverly, MA for the reception. Tupper Manor was a gorgeous backdrop to this event! It is a stunning waterfront property located just 20 miles north of Boston on the grounds of Endicott College. We had tons of laughs capturing a variety of shots on the beach, in the mansion, and in front of the fountain. They even have a classic pool room and Patricia and Guillaume wanted to get some fun “mad men” style photos there. This was the perfect place for their intimate and elegant wedding.
One of my favorite moments was the first dance. They chose a french song that was super cute and sweet! Family and friends were singing the words out loud as the couple danced.
The whole day you could tell how in love the couple is, and how much they loved their family and friends. Patricia and Guillaume couldn’t keep their eyes off each other and they were so much fun to photograph! How did I get so lucky to photograph two siblings in this family – such a privilege to be their storyteller. I wish you both all the best! Congratulations!
